At You & All, we want you to love your new look, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure satchel, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
